This appeal involves two parents' liability for the negligence of their teenage son. The parents of two teenage boys who were
killed by an intoxicated eighteen-year-old driver filed separate wrongful death actions against the driver's parents in the
Circuit Court for DeKalb County alleging negligent supervision, negligent entrustment, and statutory parental liability. The
trial court granted the driver's parents' motion for summary judgment and dismissed the complaints. We affirm. I.
